NASA Will Cover the First Crewed Launch and Docking of the Boeing Starliner.

**Update Notice: Changes in Coverage and Schedule for NASA's Boeing Crew Flight Test**

This advisory, last updated on May 3, 2024, has been revised to provide clarity on NASA Television's coverage of the post-launch news conference and to reflect an alteration in the docking time.

**Editor’s Notes:**
- This advisory was revised on Thursday, May 2, 2024, to update the list of participants for the pre-launch news conference on May 3.
- Another update was made on May 1, 2024, to reflect a change in the list of participants for the NASA Social panel live stream on May 3.

NASA is set to deliver live coverage of pre-launch and launch events for the Boeing Crew Flight Test, tasked with transporting NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams to and from the International Space Station.

The launch of the ULA (United Launch Alliance) Atlas V rocket carrying the Boeing Starliner spacecraft is scheduled for 10:34 p.m. EDT on Monday, May 6, from Space Launch Complex-41 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.

The flight test mission will transport Wilmore and Williams to the space station for approximately one week to conduct tests on the Starliner spacecraft and its subsystems. These tests are crucial for NASA's certification of the transportation system for future rotational missions to the orbiting laboratory under the agency’s Commercial Crew Program.

Starliner is expected to dock to the forward-facing port of the station’s Harmony module at 12:46 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8.

Please note that the deadline for media accreditation for in-person coverage of this launch has passed. For inquiries regarding media accreditation, please email: ksc-media-accreditat@mail.nasa.gov. Details of the agency’s media credentialing policy are available online.
